FREDERICK, Md. - Frederick police have charged two Georgia men with numerous drug offenses after they fled a traffic stop. Twenty-three-year-old Torey Howell and 26-year-old Gary Howell, both of Columbus, Ga., were arrested early Monday. Police said Gary Howell fled a vehicle driven by Torey Howell when an officer attempted to pull it over. After a short pursuit, both men were arrested. Officers say about 10 pounds of suspected marijuana and more than 380 grams of suspected powder cocaine were found in the vehicle.
