Welcome to post racial America. Have you ever been to a WalMart in West Virginia? The cashiers work twice as fast and make half the mistakes. The same phenomena occurs with electrical workers. The affirmative action crew that reads the meters only gets it right about half the time. This is the third world. People with an IQ of 80 really need to be institutionalized. There are many institutions; schools, prisons, churches, peonage, chattel servitude, the military; but they should not be allowed out and about, for their well being and others
