One Killed in 2-vehicle Crash in Burtonsville

BURTONSVILLE, Md. - One man is dead and another is in serious condition after a two-vehicle crash in Burtonsville Thursday night, Montgomery County (web | news) police said. Investigators say a Toyota pickup and a Kia Sportage collided about 9 p.m. along Route 29 at Blackburn Road. Both drivers were taken to the hospital, where one was pronounced dead.
