I have lived in Boston, South Bend, San Diego, all over Los Angeles from Culver City to North Hollywood to Northridge, Hawthorne, Seattle, Bloomington (go IU), Cambridge, Arlington and Bethesda. Of those, nothing compares to springtime in Bethesda, with its variety of flowers and vivid colors. For me words cannot describe; while the cherry trees are remarkable, my neighbor's apricot tree in bloom is stunning.
