Frederick County is the only county in Maryland that has implemented
the Federal 287(g) program in cooperation with Immigration and Customs
Enforcement (ICE). Frederick County also participates in the ICE Secure
Communities Program.

A multi-ethnic, grass roots citizens' organization with members
state-wide. HSM opposes the use of tax dollars on programs and services
that attract and sustain illegal aliens. HSM will discuss the financial
and social costs of illegal immigration in Washington County and
Maryland.
